John Nicholls has worked in the controls industry for over 25 years, and became Managing Director of Andover Controls Ltd, part of the Balfour Beatty group.  John was responsible for the EMEA region with over 200 staff.  John Nicholls started his consultancy in 2004 and sits on the board of a number of UK and Continental European organisations.
