About Campbell Control Services Ltd

Campbell Controls Services were established in 1987 and have grow to currently employ over 60 staff. Campbell Control Services is a one-stop-shop for state-of-the-art design, build, installation, commissioning and maintenance of modern automatic control systems. Existing clients cover market sectors in education, health care, pharmaceutical, commercial and manufacturing.

Campbell Control Services have four operational bases in the UK, including two manufacturing bases. The operational bases are located in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and Nottingham with manufacturing carried out in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Two additional facilities are planned to cover the north west/north east and south of England, and we also plan to start manufacture from Nottingham in early 2010.

For new-build projects, Campbell Controls’ key service is to be actively involved in all stages of a project. At the design stage to support the design teams and enable automatic building control systems to be efficiently integrated with the building engineering services system design and to confirm accurate budget costs from an early stage. At construction stage to support main contractors and sub-contractors to establish installation and commissioning key dates and programmes, monitor and track any design developments, to ensure off-site assembly and on-site installation are completed on-programme and on-cost. Finally, to train end-users in the operation of the systems and to provide ongoing support and maintenance services.

For existing building owners and operators Campbell Controls’ key service is to work with their in-house teams, with or without in-house technical capability, to install, expand, modify and upgrade existing or new engineering and control systems and to provide accurate cost plans. Also to support site works to establish installation and commissioning key dates and programmes, to monitor and track any design developments and ensure off-site assembly and on-site installation are completed on-programme, on-cost. Finally, to train end-users in the operation of the systems and to provide ongoing support and maintenance services.
