Syscom are Environmental and Energy Management Control Specialists. We Supply, Design, Install, Engineer, Commission and Maintain Building Energy Management Systems.

SYSCOM Building Management Ltd is an independent control systems house specialising in Building Energy Management Systems for the building services industry and was formed in the autumn of 1998.

We are a client focused company with dedicated and highly motivated team of engineers and technicians who take great care and pride in satisfying our client’s needs, both on and off site. The company offers system design, engineering, control panel design & construction, electrical installation and commissioning services to a very high standard.

SYSCOM are accredited as being a Trend Systems Integrator, the leading UK supplier and installer for American Auto-Matrix, a fully integrated dealer with the Automated Logic Corporation and a Value Added Partner for Siemens Building Technologies.

Geographical Coverage
The majority of Syscom’s work is based in London and the South Region of the U.K.

Communication Standards for Building Solutions
Syscom offer expertise in providing building solutions, based on openly available products and industry standards protocols such as BACnet, EIB/KNX, LONMARK and Modbus together with interfacing standards such as OPC (OLE for Process Control) to allow exchange of information between different manufactures devices, systems and programs in an agreed way. 

IT & Web Technology
Syscom also offer IT and Web-Technology expertise, promoting both the IT world and the convergence with Building Management systems onto common communication infrastructures such as LAN / WAN (Wide Area Networks)., allowing data to be exchanged with the customer’s business processes. 

Syscom promotes Web technologies bringing additional benefits such as Operators wanting to operate the building at any time from anywhere or Energy Monitoring and Reporting.
