Total Control Services Ltd is an independent, twenty-one-year-old control system specialist. We provide building owners, consultants and contractors, with any size or application of DDC/BMS control systems installation. We specialise in BACnet open protocol systems.
On all projects we can provide:-

- In-house control panel design and manufacture
- Selection and supply of all sensors and controlled devices
- Control system electrical installation
- Full programming, engineering and commissioning
- Contractual obligations and defects liability
- After sales support such as Service, Maintenance and Off-Site modem/autodial/internet system access
Alerton
For over eighteen years Total Control has been Alerton UK National Dealer. Based in Seattle, Alerton is a thirty year old USA manufacturer and pioneer of BACnet Open Protocol Controls for HVAC Systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
The Alerton product range includes full BMS systems such as BACtalk and IBEX. Alerton market world-wide through a network of Regional Dealers who provide all the necessary engineering and associated services required for a complete control system installation. Alerton undertake all product development, manufacture, R&D, together with ongoing technical support and training of both dealers and clients from its corporate headquarters in Seattle, USA.
Trend
At the end of 2002 Novar, acquired Alerton Technologies Inc. Alerton became part of Novar’s Intelligent Building Systems division alongside Trend Controls - the UK’s BMS market leader.
Total Control was immediately offered Trend System Integrator status with training and support to encourage use of Trend along side our continued use of Alerton. We were equally encouraged to carry on providing Alerton systems to long-term Alerton clients and to support all existing sites. With the subsequent purchase of Novar by Honeywell nothing has changed – we continue doing business as usual with both Alerton and Trend.
Siemens
In August 2003 Total Control also became a Siemens Building Technologies HVAC Solution Certified Partner.
Siemens new Desigo PX controllers and Insight BMS system is BACnet Open Protocol and as strong BACnet advocates Total Control were keen to add the Desigo Insight option to our product lines.
