About Total Control Service
Total Control Services are an independent control system specialist formed in 1987. With our projects, maintenance and energy divisions we offer a building owner, tenant, designer or contractor all aspects of a modern, efficient Building Energy Management Control System.
Our Technology Partners include Alerton, Trend, Siemens, Honeywell and Optergy, but above all we promote the use of BACnet Open Protocol.
Whether for a new build project, for maintenance cover, or to manage an energy saving commitment we’ve made, our clients will always receive the services of a dedicated and committed Team.
Projects
Over many years and from repeat business with regular clients, our projects division has fine tuned the art of successful BMS project delivery. Wherever possible we avoid subcontracting. We stay in direct control by having own control panel workshop and Total Control is an NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor. Our costs are kept low; our installation and build quality is high; and our project delivery is on time.
Maintenance
From experience we have learnt that that there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution to control system maintenance. Flexibility of service is key. Our maintenance division will partner closely with each of our clients to access their individual requirements and develop a customised maintenance plan with the appropriate quality, cost and service level. This can include 24/7 call-out, parts inclusive cover, help desk support, remote monitoring, regular monthly reports, and much more.
Energy
To avoid capital expenditure most buildings have the potential to unlock current overspend on utility consumption. Our energy division has the expertise to recognise and value this. After a Detailed Engineering Survey of a building we can propose energy saving projects financed by money already being spent on wasted energy. We will happily stand by our predictions and enter into an Energy Performance Guarantee whereby a project cost is guaranteed, with any shortfall being paid for by us. Total Control is also a recognised supplier within the Energy Efficiency Financing Scheme operated by The Carbon Trust and Siemens Financial Service.
