Inspired Leaders Programme

A bespoke leadership programme developing existing, new and future leaders of the Building Controls Industry 

The BCIA Inspired Leaders Programme is a bespoke, person-centred leadership programme.

This 6-month programme is a specially designed for the BEMS industry leadership training programme with delegates benefiting from a leadership coach with an extensive understanding of the challenges, and opportunities of leading within the BEMs industry.

It’s a programme that encourages ‘leadership beyond boundaries’ for those with and without people direct line management responsibilities and one that recognises that leadership requires a lifetime of learning and development.

This programme will enable all participants to start their journey of Inspired Leadership understanding and application, through a practical approach to learning.

During the 6-months delegates will participate in in-person immersion sessions where they will work through leadership modules and hear from insightful guest speakers who will share their own leadership journey’s and speak candidly about challenges they’ve faced and tips for working through them. There will also be a series of modules delivered by the coach online, along with 1:1 mentoring throughout. Delegates also gain exclusive access to a leadership platform that challenges application of learning throughout the working day.

As each cohort is capped at a maximum of 14 delegates, a quality learning environment is assured.
