Introduction

Awarded to the most innovative building controls/BEMS product development introduced into the UK market in the 12 month period preceding the entry deadline.

Criteria for entry:

• Entries must detail what aspects of the product are innovative and be able to describe the impact (the innovation) the product has made.

• The product must have been deployed or available in the UK market within the 12 month period preceding the entry deadline with impact/evidence available.

• Pre-deployment/concept products are not eligible for entry.

The judges will be looking for evidence of:  

• Innovation which is significantly different from current market technology, or which builds on existing technologies to create a significant difference to products which are currently available on the market. 

• How the product has been applied and the impact of the innovation. 

• Where the product has been available on the market, testimonials should be supplied.  

The closing date for entries is 22nd January 2026.
