Introduction

Awarded to the company which best demonstrates added value through innovation and outstanding levels of customer care in the provision of long-term service and maintenance contracts for Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) and building controls.

Criteria for entry:

The entry must detail a current or recent project/contract where the impact has been achieved within the 12 month period preceding the entry deadline.

The judges will be looking for evidence (from a particular contract) of:  

• Understanding of the services to be provided and client requirements.  

• How client objectives were met and exceeded.  

• How the company has supported greater client awareness and education. 

• How the company has delivered additional value to the contract. 

• Client satisfaction in the form of testimonials – these are viewed as particularly important and can be from more than one client
